IOWA CITY, Iowa—Michael Robert Guck, 63, of Iowa City and formerly of Muscatine, died on Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at Manor Care in Davenport.

The Reverend Troy Richmond of Ss. Mary and Mathias Parish will officiate. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice.

Mike was born on Sept.30, 1951, in Minneapolis, Minn., the son of Henry John and Virginia Catherine McBride Guck.

He was a US Navy Veteran having served in the Vietnam War and Dessert Storm.

He had worked as an aerial photographer and later worked for Proctor and Gamble. He truly enjoyed photography. He was a member of the American Legion and the V.F.W.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Virginia Guck of Muscatine; two brothers, Chris Guck and wife, Susan, of Roseville, Minn., and Tom Guck and wife, Ann, of Muscatine; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father; two brothers, Charles and Gregory; and one sister, Kathleen
