Paul Eugene Wallace was born Feb. 1st, 1951, to Laverne Jeanette (Othmer) and John Clinton Wallace. Paul grew up in Muscatine, Iowa, and graduated from Muscatine High School in 1970. Paul met Patricia Ann Wagner at the Muscatine Eagles Club in 1973. On June 20, 1975, Paul and Patricia were united in marriage at the Zion Lutheran Church in Muscatine. Paul was a 44-year member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, having served many chairs, including Bingo Caller for the Muscatine Eagles and most importantly, Iowa State Worthy President. He loved attending Eagle functions and spending time with all of his Eagle brothers and sisters. Paul worked for Raymond of Muscatine for almost 30 years, before retiring in 2013 to spend his retirement with his love in Florida.

Paul loved life and was always up for a new adventure. He loved his family and was proud to be “Papa”. Paul loved to travel and was fortunate enough, with Patricia by his side, to visit 49 of the 50 states and relax with her on numerous cruises.

His beloved grandchildren: Madeline, Alaina, Lucas, Logan, and Jacob. His brother, Fred (Jane). His brother-in-law, Howard (Blythe) Wagner, Jr. Nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
