Ladd Foster Obituary

Ladd Foster, 73, of Muscatine, passed away on Friday, July 5, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Snyder & Hollenbaugh Funeral & Cremation Services of Muscatine.  Memorials may be left to the Muscatine Humane Society in memory of Ladd.  Online condolences may be left at www.sandhfuneralservice.com.

Ladd H. Foster was born on February 3, 1951, in Muscatine, the son of Herbert and Ethel (Hopkins) Foster.  He graduated from Iowa Wesleyan College.  On February 9, 1974, he was united in marriage to Terri Hayden in Galesburg, IL.  Ladd retired from Monsanto where he worked as a Lab Technician for many years.  He enjoyed golf, traveling, especially the beach, and taking care of his ginger cats, Harry and Opie and his dog, Gus. 

Ladd will be deeply missed by his wife, Terri Foster of Muscatine; son Ben (Annie) Foster of New York City,  NY; his mother, Ethel Law of Muscatine; many cousins, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.
